Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty

The standard Valante warranty is valid for a period of one year from the delivery date.

If the product exhibits a manufacturing defect during this period, Valante will repair or replace the product. Valante may request the product to be sent back for inspection, in which case a €15 service fee will be charged for evaluation.

A manufacturing defect is a flaw inherent at the time of production and not caused by external factors.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Water exposure.
  • Drops or impacts.
  • Improper use.
  • Incorrect handling of the product.

Warranty Conditions

To claim the warranty:

  1. Proof of purchase: The customer must present a valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice.
  2. Contact customer service: Contact Valante's customer service at info@valante.nl to report the issue.
    • Provide a detailed description of the defect.
    • Include photos or videos illustrating the problem.
    • Follow the technical instructions provided by Valante staff.

Inspection Process

In some cases, the product must be returned to Valante for evaluation to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

  • The customer is responsible for service and shipping costs, which total €15 and must be paid in advance.
  • Once Valante receives the smartwatch and confirms it is covered under warranty:
    • Repair: The product will be repaired and returned in good working condition.
    • Replacement: If repair is not possible, the customer will receive a replacement product, typically the same model. If the same model is unavailable, a similar smartwatch of the same price category will be provided.
