Our smartwatches are shipped from the Netherlands. Orders placed before 23:45 are handed over to the carrier on the same day.

For the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, shipping is FREE.

Delivery times are indicative. In general, your package is prepared for shipping and handed over to the carrier on the same day you place your order.

We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 days, except in cases of force majeure, such as logistical issues with local carriers/postal services or government-imposed measures.

  • Due to high demand and ongoing promotions, certain models may be sold out and available only for pre-order. To secure your smartwatch, we recommend ordering quickly. Pre-orders have a delivery time of 7 to 10 business days.
