Shipping costs and delivery times
Our smartwatches are shipped from the Netherlands. Orders placed before 23:45 will be handed over to the carrier the same day.
For the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, shipping is FREE .
The delivery times are indicative. As a rule, your package will be prepared for shipment the same day of your order and handed over to the carrier.
We strive to deliver within 1 to 2 days (*), except for situations of force majeure such as logistical problems with local carriers / postal services or government measures.
* Due to great popularity and ongoing discount promotions, certain models are sold out and can only be ordered as a pre-order. So being quick is the message to provide you with your copy. For pre-orders a delivery time of 2 - 3 weeks applies.

For replacement watches under a warranty or accessories under a warranty, you must take into account longer delivery times. This depends on how busy our warehouses are and availability.
