I have a problem with my order

If you have placed an order with post-payment via Klarna and you have a problem with the product or you wish to return it, please always contact us first at info@valante.nl or register the product via our returns portal .

Customers' average wait time is 4 times faster when they contact our customer service directly instead of via the Klarna app!

Delivery is delayed, but I already have to pay Klarna

You can easily postpone payment yourself via the Klarna app. For that you need to follow the following steps:

  1. Click ''Pay'' at the bottom of the order.
  2. Click on ''Extend payment due date''.
  3. Click on ''Confirm''.
  4. Your payment term has now been extended by 10 days!
  5. After renewal, please contact info@valante.nl .

Returning to Valante is very easy. Please contact info@valante.nl or register the product for return via our returns portal .

Missing or damaged items

Please contact us at info@valante.nl . Describe the problem or defect as clearly as possible and also provide us with photos of the defect. We will then contact you and provide a suitable solution.
