Tracking your order
Once your order is packed, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking number. The email will also contain a link that you can click to view the shipment status.

Your order will be shipped via Deutsche Post, and you can also track the status through the Deutsche Post tracking website: https://www.deutschepost.de/en/s/shipment-tracking.html

Didn't receive an email?
Unfortunately this sometimes happens. Perhaps you have not entered the e-mail address correctly or the e-mail has ended up in your junk e-mail. No problem, our customer service is happy to tell you what the status of your shipment is and when you can expect it.
