    Valante Care+ is an extension to the normal warranty of your Valante Smartwatch. You can opt for a 2 or 3 year extended warranty.

    What is covered by the warranty?

    • Repair or recovery within the contracted extended warranty period, including accidental damage
    • Warranty on the battery, in case of battery capacity less than 80 percent of the original specification
    • Priority service via email and chat, always an answer within 24 hours, and within 24 hours telephone support for a callback request

     What is not covered by the warranty?

    • No warranty for accidental damage, theft or loss, normal wear and tear, fire or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the smartwatch
    • No guarantee for deviating measurements
    • No guarantee for software updates
    • No guarantee for loss of software or data
