Valante Care+ is an extension of the standard warranty for your Valante Smartwatch. You can choose either a 2-year or 3-year extended warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

  • Repair or restoration within the contracted, extended warranty period, including accidental damage
  • Battery coverage if its capacity falls below 80% of the original specification
  • Priority service via email and chat (response within 24 hours), and telephone support within 24 hours upon a callback request
  • Valante Care+ is only valid for one individual smartwatch; for multiple smartwatches, a separate plan must be purchased for each device

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Intentional damage, theft, or loss, normal wear and tear, fire damage, or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the smartwatch
  • Inaccurate measurements
  • Software updates
  • Loss of software or data
